We are proud to Introduce to you, the Infinity Truck.

Extremely robust, these trucks are a cross in design between the Scrub channel and the MBS Matrix and offer the rider the strongest most adjustable steering system ever to hit the hills of mountainboarding.

Having been made by extrusion technique the base plate is all one piece of solid aluminum. The kingpin holes have been CNC machined which means the kingpin hole is neither too tight or baggy, ensuring smooth balanced steering supported by the springs and Dampa's.

By using an 8mm Kingpin serious amounts of weight have been saved compared to our competition. The light weight plastic bushing which the kingpin operates within, not only further saves weight but ensures a tight and accurate smooth steering system. These trucks really have been precisely made and you can feel the difference in the ride.

The INFINITY truck system also has a steering adjustment facility. You can alter the resistance of the steering relative to your body weight and personal requirements by simply turning the steering adjustment bolt. (a 3mm allen key is required to do this) By turning the steering adjuster clockwise down onto the Dampa, increases the resistance in the steering. This will allow the rider to achieve higher top end speeds without so much speed wobble. The rider can fit different Dampa's in different corners of the deck to custom the steering of their board exactly the way they need it

Turning the adjuster clockwise tightens the steering resistance. To make your ride more personal these spring adjusters can all be tweaked differently giving you the custom ride your looking for, soft on the toes, stiff on the heels....

Generally speaking if you want to achieve high speeds you will need tight steering resistance otherwise speed wobble is possible, loose trucks are great for carve riding and gentle slopes....

These trucks come as standard with Yellow Trampa Dampa's. They are housed within the spring and kept in the correct position by a specially made re-enforced spring retainer.

The re-enforced plastic injected spring retainer house's a specially made Marine grade stainless steel flanged washer. This custom piece eliminates the need for a Penny washer (which is so commonly used in other brands to support the retainer and is a complete pain in the XXX to fit) and consequently gives the rider easy access to servicing the springs as fitting the springs into the trucks is now easy and can be done by hand by one person with just 1 basic tool to tighten everything up...

The spring adjuster has also been custom made from Marine Grade Stainless steel. The length overall length has be shortened so not to poke through the spring retainer and interfere with the Dampa. Also the neck of the adjuster (the area which sits within the retainer) has been narrowed so that it fits within the thread of the retainer effectively giving the rider 4 spare retainers should they ever need them in the future.

The rider can fit different Damap's in different corners of the deck to custom the steering of their board exactly the way they need it

For accuracy the king pin hole has been CNC'd and house's the 10mm bushings which in turn allow the kingpin to fit perfecty. In order to cover the issue of tolerance within accuracy we created 2 types of king pin bushings to ensure the kingpin fits the engineered truck parts correctly. The only difference between the bushings is .5mm thickness at the base. Each truck has 4 bushings so this gives us an overall difference of 2mm in thickness (if all 4 bushings are used) should we need to bridge any tolerance issues.

The spacer for the axle is the same size (18.2mm) as the spacer in between the bearings making everything nice and easy when servicing or maintaining your deck.
