The INFINITY HANGER is the strongest SPRING TRUCK Hanger in the TRAMPA product range! To ensure the maximum strength possible the hanger body is made from FORGED ALUMINUM and is one solid piece with no fancy weight saving holes! The Infinity Hanger is drilled & fitted with 12mm SOLID STEEL Axles. The Axles are HEAT TREATED. Heat treating steel makes it substantially stronger & more resistant to impact. 12mm Solid Steel Axles are slightly heavier than alternatives displayed on the TRAMPA website, but they are by far the strongest Axles in the TRAMPA range. CNC milling guarantees precision work. Ensuring the Kingpin Holes are accurately placed guarantee's the best performance to the rider as well as making the truck easy to assembly & service. The Infinity Hanger is EDP painted MATT BLACK for metal protection & colour coordinating good looks before the CNC work is carried out. The INFINITY hanger measures 16 Inches in total width. When the wheels are fitted to the Hanger, the board has a center wheel width of 15 Inches.

Using pre-tensioned SPRINGS to stiffen the steering, TRAMPA TRUCKS provide smooth, precise & problem free riding. They come loaded with FULLY ADJUSTABLE STEERING which means that by using a 4mm Allen Key you can TUNE your steering on the fly! Turning the SPRING ADJUSTER clockwise for TIGHTER STEERING (fast riding) & anti clockwise for LOOSE STEERING (Carve style riding), you can setup your board relevant to the conditions & terrain ahead... Its your choice of TRAMPA DAMPA! Selecting the correct DAMPA will further pre-tune the steering to your weight, riding ability & personal preference... As you improve as a rider, you will demand more pre-tension from your steering, this can be achieved by changing / stiffening-up your Dampa. DAMPA's come in 5 different hardness's & are cheap to purchase. When fitting them to the TRAMPA Trucks they very easy & quick to exchange. 18.2mm spacers position the Wheels on the 12mm axles in the perfect location & 7/16ths of an Inch MGSS Half nuts stop the wheels working loose and as with all TRAMPA products these INFINITY Trucks use Marine Grade Stainless steel Hardware (MGSS) to fix them to a TRAMPA deck.

Having been made by extrusion technique the BASEPLATE is all one solid piece of aluminum. The KINGPIN holes have been CNC machined which means the kingpin hole is neither too tight or baggy, ensuring super smooth & balanced steering supported by the Springs & Dampa's.
By using an 8mm Kingpin serious amounts of weight have been saved compared to our competition. The light weight plastic bushing which the kingpin operates within, not only further saves weight but ensures a tight & accurate, smooth steering. These Trucks really have been precisely made & you can feel the difference in the ride.
The INFINITY truck system also has a steering adjustment facility. You can alter the resistance of the steering relative to your body weight and personal requirements by simply turning the "SPRING ADJUSTER". By inserting a 4mm Allen Key & turning the Spring Adjuster "clockwise", down onto the DAMPA, increases the resistance of the steering. This will allow the rider to achieve higher top end speeds without so much speed wobble. The rider can fit different DAMPA's in different corners of the deck to custom the steering of their board exactly the way they need it. To make your ride more personal the Spring Adjusters can each be tweaked differently giving you the custom ride your looking for, soft on the toes, stiff on the heels, or loose at the front but stiff at the rear.... the options are endless.... Generally speaking if you want to achieve high speeds you will need tight steering resistance otherwise speed wobble is possible, loose trucks are great for carve riding & gentle slopes.... These Trucks come as standard with YELLOW TRAMPA DAMPA's as these are the softest & easiest to steer with but you can select a harder compound if you so desire. They are housed within the Spring & kept in the correct position by a specially made re-enforced spring retainer.
The re-enforced plastic injected Spring Retainer is made from original DUPONT material. Even though its under a lot of pressure it retains its shape very well giving maximum performance to the TRAMPA DAMPA. It house's a specially made Marine grade stainless steel FLANGED WASHER which is located into the mould before the material is injected. This re-enforced custom piece eliminates the need for a stupid Penny washer (which is used by the other brands to support their cheap spring retainer & is a complete pain in the XXXXXX XXX to fit) and consequently our special little piece gives the rider easy access to servicing the springs or changing the Dampa's as fitting the springs back into the TRAMPA Trucks is now very easy as the TRAMPA Spring arrangement can be fitted done by hand by one person with just 1 basic tool to tighten everything up... Hallelujah!
The Spring Adjuster is also a very special part as it has been custom made from Marine Grade Stainless Steel & it will not rust on you. It has been designed to improve the riding experience & is to be used as an indicator telling you when you are over tightening the adjuster as the length of the adjuster has be shortened at both ends (compared to the competition) and so does not to poke through the SPRING RETAINER therefore doesn't interfere with the DAMPA below & nor does it stand proud of the deck exposing itself as a blunt edge, eliminating any associated danger implications. Also the neck of the adjuster (the area which sits within the retainer) has been narrowed so that it fits within the thread of the Spring Retainer effectively giving the rider 4 spare Spring Retainers should they ever need one in the future. By turning the Spring Adjuster "clockwise" down onto the Dampa, increases the resistance in the steering. This will allow the rider to achieve higher top end speeds without so much speed wobble. The rider can fit different DAMPA's in different corners of the deck to customise the steering of their board exactly the way they need it - GENIOUS!
To gain the maximum performance when riding the assembly between the Baseplate & the Hanger needs to be the best it can be. So in order to gain accuracy in construction the Kingpin holes for both the Baseplate & the Hanger are CNC'd. These precision hole's then house the Nylon KINGPIN BUSHINGS which in turn allow the Kingpin to push in & fit perfectly through the assembly. In order to cover the issue of tolerance we created 2 types of Kingpin Bushings to ensure the kingpin fits the engineered truck parts correctly. The only difference between the bushings is 0.5mm thickness at the base. Each truck has 4 bushings so this gives us an overall difference/tollerance possibility of 2mm in thickness (if all 4 bushings are used) so we bridge any tolerance issues we face during construction.
The spacer for the axle is the same size (18.2mm) as the spacer in between the bearings making everything nice & easy when servicing or maintaining your deck.

The Infinity Hanger is machined on the underside to allow countersunk bolts to push through & position the springs in the correct locations. The Infinity ATB Trucks has been given 2 Spring position settings, allowing Inside spring position setting for easy/fast carve steering & outside spring position for larger sized or high speed thrill seeker riders!
The Infinity ATB Hanger is drilled & machine fitted with Heat Treated 12mm SOLID STEEL Axles. HEAT TREATING the steel axles makes them substantially stronger & far more resistant to impact - perfect for larger sized adult riders. 12mm Solid Steel Axles are slightly heavier than alternatives displayed on the TRAMPA website, but they are by far the strongest Axles in the TRAMPA range. Once the 12mm Solid Axles are machine fitted the INFINITY hanger measures 16 Inches at its widest points & when any of the 5, 6, 7 or even 8 Inch HYPA or SUPERSTAR wheels are fitted to the Hanger, the board has a center wheel base width (Center point of contact to the floor) of 14 Inches.
CNC milling usually guarantees precision work & that's why the Infinity hanger has had the Kingpin holes CNC machined insuring the Kingpin Holes are accurately placed guarantee's the best performance to the rider as well as making the truck easy to assembly & simple to service. Before the CNC work is completed the ATB Infinity Hanger is Anodised BLACK for metal protection.
The INFINITY Baseplate will fit to all of the TRAMPA Spring Truck Hangers but is designed specifically to work in conjunction with the Mini Spring Hanger as it houses a NEW Dual Spring Adjuster position! When the Springs are moved to the new inside position, the new location allows the rider to turn the board very very easily, making it perfect for fast carve riding on all kinds of terrain. The INFINITY Baseplate is, as its name suggests, designed & built to last forever! Aircraft grade 6061 Aluminum is forced through a Die to create our re-enforced extruded profile. Extruding Aluminum ensures consistent high quality strength. Once Extruded the Baseplate is T6 Heat Treated. Heat treating extruded aluminum fuses the molecules even closer together making it as strong as possible, enabling the INFINITY Baseplate to easily cope with the extreme stresses of all types of off road boarding.
Once Heat Treated, the profile has its fixing holes punched into position & then its Bead Polished in preparation to be Anodised Black. Once the colour has dried, the Baseplate is then returned to the factory for the precision CNC Machine to accurately mill the Kingpin holes, giving the exact precision required for constructing the Truck.
This M8 x 80mm Nikel Plated Spring Truck Kingpin is used to connect the Hanger & the Baseplate on the TRAMPA INFINITY, VERTIGO or ULTIMATE Trucks. By using an 8mm Kingpin we have managed to save loads of weight whilst retaining all the strength necessary for the job by using high quality metals true to our word!
This M8 x 80mm Kingpin connects through the truck & into an M6 Nut. You'll need a 4mm Allen key to hold the Kingpin & a 10mm spanner to tighten/loosen your M6 Kingpin Nut.
This Kingpin pushes through plastic bushings before being placed into position in the Truck System. The Plastic bushings allow the metal parts (Hanger & Baseplate) to move inside each other without allowing the metal parts to touch or wear out. The plastic bushings will wear out over time and use and will eventually perish and need replacing. SO, make sure your Bushings are always in good working order after riding riding or when upgrading your Kingpin, it might be time to replace them too due to the unavoidable wear and tear of moving mountainboard parts.
This Kingpin lives up to TRAMPA's incredibly high quality standards, but it's always handy to have a spare just in case you do break one out on a ride.... Upgrade ur Kingpin by fitting the TRAMPA TITANIUM Kingpin which will save you loads of weight & fit into all of the TRAMPA Spring Trucks.
The precision made Kingpin Bushings locate the Kingpin in a wear-free position between the hanger & Baseplate.
The Kingpin bushings are a small item & are subjected to a lot of forces and through normal/regular use they will ultimately need replacing over time. Depending on what surface you are riding on will depend on how long these bushings will last you. So to make sure your trucks are always performing at their best inspect these Bushings regularly (preferably before riding) & in particular replace any that are showing signs of wear & from time to time replace them anyway...
The difference between the four bushings is the thickness of the base. The different base sizes are 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm and 2.5mm. 2.5mm is the standard size we work to. As all trucks have 4 bushings this .5mm difference in each of the bushing bases allows us to bridge a maximum distance of 2mm (4x.05mm=2m) resolving any foreseeable problems.
Introducing TRAMPA's M6 (6mm Thread) A4 Grade Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Nut. This Nylock Nut will fit to all M6 Bolts regardless of their length. This A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel Nut will never rust on you! It is fitted with the world renowned NYLOCK System (Nylock is a nylon locking system where Nylon is pasted into the threads of the nut so that when the bolt is tightened into the nut the nylon grabs the thread of the bolt holding it locking it in the thread ensuring things do not vibrate loose or fall off when being ridden on rough terrain like that which a Mountain or Kiteboard endures. The NYLOCK System is fitted as standard to all TRAMPA Nuts.
This Nut is used to fix to the Regular shaped M6 Bolts that hold the TRUCKS to the DECK for the HOLYPRO Decks & also for the countersunk bolts connecting the L BRACKETS TO the DECKs. Use an 10mm spanner or SOCKET for a Ratchet Driver to tighten the Nut onto the Bolt. Always ensure your Nuts & Bolts are tight before you ride!
TRAMPA's SPRINGS are coiled to precision & they fit into the space between the Baseplate & Hanger perfectly. This is for easy fitting & to be super responsive to the rider. Being made to measure they are very easy to fit & no clamps or tools are required to squeeze them into position! TRAMPA Springs are available in a selection of Powder-coated colours BUT this one has been Nickel plated for shiny good looks & of course for best surface coating protection.
Our Springs have been designed to work in perfect harmony with the TRAMPA DAMPA's & TRAMPA SPRING RETAINER providing maximum performance from the "Spring assembly" to the rider. The DAMPA's drop into the SPRING & the SPRING RETAINERS seal the ends of the spring, holding the DAMPA in exact position to be pre-loaded & squeezed into the truck. Using just a little bit of muscle, squeeze the loaded spring into the truck, then lock the spring into position using the Spring Adjuster & M5 x 12mm Countersunk Bolt. The TRAMPA spring Truck steering system is highly responsive & totally customisable by interchanging the DAMPA's to harder Urethane. Other Mountain Board brands springs will not fit the TRAMPA Trucks as they are a different in dimension.
For best practice & to take the most life from your springs, turn them 90 degree every now and then and then the spring will remain balanced
The TRAMPA DAMPA is a Urethane Elastomer that fits inside the Spring of a Truck. Its purpose is to support the Spring & give extra resistance during steering. Its clever design has three balls stacked & connected on-top of each other. The middle ball is slightly fatter than the outer two, during steering they all compress against each other giving greater feed back in your turns. This stacked design gives a fantastic progressive feel to steering.
By varying the SHORE DUROMETER (Rubber Hardness) strength of the Urethane mixture, we can control the amout of movement in the DAMPA. This in turn allows the rider to custom tune the resistance of their steering perfect to their requirements. The spheres of the DAMPA fit perfectly into the cup of the specially made TRAMPA SPRING RETAINER which is the part that locates & locks the Spring in the the TRAMPA SPRING TRUCKS, and they instantly start to work with the slightest movement from the rider. TRAMPA DAMPA's work in harmony with the rider, supplying the perfect amount of steering resistance whilst eliminating all chances of speed wobble. Now available in 5 different steering resistance's for all levels of rider out there, Yellow DAMPA's are for easy steering, whilst White DAMPA's are for the totally committed!
Turning the Spring Adjuster clockwise pre-loads the tension in the Spring and Dampa. This can be adjusted on the fly to suit the terrain & conditions. Turning the spring adjuster too much will put pressure on the Dampa & eventually it may split. Rather than putting too much pressure into the Dampa, consider up-grading the Dampa to a harderShore Durometer as this will most likely increase your perfomace than overtightening a Dampa thats not stiff enough for you. TRAMPA's very own & very special re-enforced Spring Retainer has been specifically shaped to fit tightly inside the TRAMPA SPRINGS to snugly hold the TRAMPA DAMPA in the perfect position, instantly providing precision steering to the rider.
Constructed using the very latest in Injection Moulding machinery & original DuPont Materials, this part should never fail on you. The Spring Retainer houses an extra wide Marine Grade Stainless Steel Flanged Insert. The Extra Strength that the re-enforced flange creates, eliminates the need for a very awkwardly fitting washer that is still found in the MBS & Scrub boards today. Pimped - The Spring Retainer is TRAMPA Embossed around the rim of the retainer proving our quality, so don't get fooled or buy copies!
TRAMPA's very own & very special SPRING ADJUSTER is made using A4 MARINE GRADE STAINLESS STEEL & its guaranteed never to rust on you! The Spring adjuster is fitted to the trucks once the springs have been pushed into position. The spring adjuster pre-tensions the steering for the rider suitable to their requirements. We designed the Spring Adjuster to be slightly shorter in length than other brands, this is so that the Tip of the adjuster does not poke through the internal of the Spring Retainer & therefor does not interfere or hinder the performance of the DAMPA wich is located on the inside of the Retainer.
Should you need extra resisitance from your steering because you wish to ride fast, or if you need more steering because the course is twisty then you can very easily & quickly adjust the resistance in your steering by simply turning the spring adjster in the correct direction. To get the most out of your trucks on changeable terrain, simply ride with & use a 4mm Allen Key to make your adjustments. Winding the Spring Adjuster clockwise increases the steering resistance, which in turn restricts wobble at high speed.. Turning the Adjuster anti-clockwise loosens the steering allowing a more carvey ride..
DO NOT over tighten your Spring Adjuster, as this may crush your DAMPA.. If you need more steering resistance upgrade your DAMPA's & do not over tighten!!
TRAMPA's M5 x 10mm COUNTERSUNK Bolt is made from A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel & is used to secure the Spring into position on the Bottom of the Spring Truck hangers. The head of the Bolt is COUNTERSUNK so that it sits flush with your Hanger.
Using Marine Grade Stainless Steel, means these bolts will never rust on you! Weighing just 1.8g each, they are very lightweight, look very sexy & are totally non corrosive. They can cope with any terrain or weather. They laugh in the face of sandy/salty beaches & muddy freeride tracks, which do turn other manufacturers Nuts & Bolts into corrosive rusting wrecks! As well as being Non Corrosive all of the TRAMPA Bolts are diped in BLUE THREAD LOCKING PASTE to ensure an extra strong secure fix between the Nut & the Bolt.
You’ll need 2 of the TRAMPA M5 x 10mm Countersunk Bolts to construct 1 pair of TRAMPA Bindings. You’ll also need a 3mm Allen key to tighten & loosen the bolts. Don’t forget to make sure all you’re Nuts & Bolts are tight before you ride!
This special Spacer measures 12mm (id) x 16mm (od) x 18.2mm (long) & has 2 uses!. It is firstly known as the Bearing Support Spacer as this Spacer fits between the Bearings of a 6 Spoked HYPA Hub, (when mounting the HYPA wheel onto 12mm Axles) & secondly it is also known as the AXLE SUPPORT SPACER as this spacer is also used to position any of the TRAMPA wheels in the perfect position onto the axles of 12mm TRAMPA Spring trucks....
TRAMPA spacers are produced as one long tube. The Tube is Heat Treated to gain extra strength & is then Bead Polished to give the metal extra surface protection & a shiny best appearance. The tube is then cut to the exact length for precision mounting.
This very special 7/16ths of an inch Marine Grade Stainless steel Nyloc HALF NUT is custom made specially to fit the TRAMPA products. Half nut means - half as the size of a regular nut, so half the size = half the weight of a normal nut.. By using Half nuts on the axles reduces the over all length of the axle & kingpin therefore further reducing weight in the Truck! A few Grams here & a few grams there soon adds up & makes all the difference to the total Truck & consequently deck weight, specially in critical areas of the deck such as the wheels area, where a few grams makes all the difference...
This very special 3/8ths of an inch Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Half Nut official factory measurements are W7/16 - 20T - UNF. This Nut is used to hold the wheels onto the axles of the Spring Trucks fitted with 12mm axles. The Nut is fitted as standard with the world renowned NYLOC System. The Nyloc "locks the Nut onto the Bolt" eliminating vibration, keeping your nuts tighter for longer!
Use a 16mm or 5/8thths of an Inch spanner to tighten / loosen the Nut onto the Axle or Kingpin. Do not overtighten the nut & make sure the wheel can spin freely but does not rattle & do not crush your bearings. Being Marine Grade Stainless Steel this nut will not rust you! Always ensure all ur nuts are tight before you ride!
